PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polymer polyol by a continuous polymerization, having small amount of coarse particles produced during the polymerization and excellent in filterability. SOLUTION: This method for producing the polymer polyol by continuously polymerizing an ethylenically unsaturated monomer (b) in a polyol (a) and a dilution solvent (d) as necessary in the presence of a radical polymerization initiator (i) and in the presence or absence of a dispersing agent (c) is characterized by having 5-12 mass% content of the (b) in the following mixed liquid (E) of just before being fed into a polymerization vessel. The mixed liquid (E) consists of a raw material mixed liquid (G) consisting of the (a), (b), (i) and≥1 kind selected from the (c) and (d) as necessary with a part of the reaction liquid (Z) recovered from the polymerization vessel.
