Gear-changing system for automatic transmission of motor vehicle with two-part change lever

The gear changing system for an automatic drive of a vehicle consists of a two-part gear changing lever, designed so that a single gear changing channel only can be used as an automatic gear changing channel, as well as also for a stepped manual gear changing. The stepped gear changing results from a selected driving stage of the automatic gear changing operation, and with the connection between the two parts of the gear lever lockable and unlockable by means of an electromagnetic positioning element (3). The detachable connection between the top and bottom parts (1.1, 1.2) of the change lever, and a first lower changing shaft (4) is located in a housing (10) fixed at the bodywork, accepting the changing system. The change top part (1.1) is located at a second shaft (7), swivelable in the lever lower part (1.2). The detachable connection between the two lever parts (1.1, 1.2) is form locked.
