PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aroma liquid for steam which, when used as water for steam for use in steam equipment such as steam irons, steam humidifiers, and steam hair curlers, can produce steam and emit a pleasant aroma without leaving its additives within the steam equipment. SOLUTION: The aroma liquid for steam comprises steam-distilled water of Lavender. When used as evaporation water for steam equipment such as steam irons, steam humidifiers, and steam hair curlers, the aroma liquid can produce steam and emit a pleasant aroma without leaving residues within the equipment, and therefore can exhibit an aroma effect not realized by conventional essential oil components and water-soluble perfumes.
