<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a selective catalytic reduction process of high heat efficiency facing easily existing industrial activity, removing NO<SB>X</SB>effectively from combustion exhaust gas, and minimizing costs for installation and/or operation. <P>SOLUTION: A NO<SB>X</SB>concentration in the gas is reduced by mixing the gas with a reaction substance, and the gas is guided thereafter into an RSCR device to be treated. In the treatment, the gas is heated, the gas is subjected to one or plurality of catalytic reactions, the gas is passed thereafter through a heat transfer zone, the gas imparts heat to the heat transfer zone, and the heat is utilized in a circulation process following to an RSCR process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
