PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly reflect wishes on the side which utilizes a distributed image on the distributed image from an image processor and to obtain image quality which a user desires at a distribution destination. SOLUTION: A data form conversion device 10 which performs a conversion processing to the distributed image into data compatible with a receiving side device (such as a client PC), image quality adjustment which a client requests is performed. The image quality adjustment is performed by setting results ofγ(density) adjustment and color balance adjustment performed on the client PC side in a client request correctionγprocessing part 103 and a client request color correction processing part 104. Information used for theγ(density) adjustment and the color balance adjustment is obtained by the density read by an image processor and the adjusting operation of the client PC to image data of a reference patch of each color.
