PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device which can have excellent display quality even when deforming into a curved surface shape and also has high reliability and superior durability. SOLUTION: The display device comprises a liquid crystal display panel 100 constituted by sandwiching a liquid crystal layer between at least two or more flexible substrates and a structure 500 having a gap G enabling the liquid crystal display panel 100 to be sandwiched in a curved state, the gap G being larger than the thickness 100T of the liquid crystal panel 100.
