PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member for a rainwater storage structure easily maintained and inspected when assembled, easily assembled by using components, enabling a reduction in transport cost by enabling the assembly at site, and capable of flexibly coping with the shape of a rainwater storage and penetration tank and a rainwater storage structure using the member for the rainwater storage structure. SOLUTION: This member for the rainwater storage structure comprises a plurality of resin pipe-like vertical members 3 having a prescribed length, lateral members 2 used to assemble a three-dimensional structure together with the pipe-like vertical members 3, and connection fittings 1 for connecting the lateral members 2 to the pipe-like vertical members 3.
