PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat structure capable of preventing a seat cushion from moving forward and backward due to the acceleration and deceleration of a vehicle, and giving a stable feeling to an occupant. SOLUTION: The seat cushion wherein a front portion is journaled to the other end of a leg 53 journaled to a fixing portion 52 on a floor 31 at one end, and a rear portion is detachably engaged to an engaging portion 35 formed on the upper surface 32a of a deck 32 behind the floor 31 is removed from the engaging portion 35 from a use state engaged to the engaging portion 35, and supported by the leg 53 to move. Therefore, the seat cushion 20 is dropped on the floor 31 in front of the deck 32 with a seat back 21 forwardly fallen to be retracted.
