The invention concerns an optoelectric device consisting of a deformable membrane (2, 3) having an outer reflecting surface and an inner surface whereon is fixed a plurality of permanent magnets, said device further comprising a housing (5) including a plurality of electromagnets (6) placed opposite the permanent magnets (4) to exert thereon an electromagnetic force locally displacing the zone corresponding to the deformable membrane. The invention is characterized in that the entire inner surface (7) is coated with a continuous layer of a flexible material.
