PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin counseling tool, which is convenient for performing an exact skin counseling under the consideration of the change in meteorological conditions such as ultraviolet rays or atmospheric temperatures and the influence of hormone balance or the like. SOLUTION: This tool is a tool used for performing the counseling to the skin of a customer to be measured with a skin state measuring device based upon the result of the measurement of the skin of the customer under the condition that, in at least six times obtained by partitioning one year, the following item columns allotting to every time or an item column 18 of "care reinforcing annual plan", in which the caring items of skin proposed based on the meteorological conditions such as the dose of the ultraviolet rays, the atmospheric temperatures or the like in the first time this side of the time concerned, an item column 19 of "skin conditions" for filling the results measured with the skin state measuring device therein, an item column 21 of "hormone cycle" for filling the follicle term and the corpus luteum term of the customer therein and an item column 24 of "caring point" for filling the advising information on the state of the skin of the customer based on the information filled in the first and the second entry columns and on the caring item proposing in the time concerned therein provided so as to arrange corresponding to each other.
