METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING OZONE WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce two or more kinds of ozone water having different concentrations of ozone from each other, always stably and continuously for a long time. SOLUTION: A method and apparatus for producing the ozone water wherein ozone gas is added to at least either pure water or carbonated water or wherein ozone gas containing carbon dioxide gas is added to pure water, includes a process for extracting a part of the ozone water halfway while the ozone gas is dissolved to produce the ozone water to be used simultaneously with the ozone water finished in the process. The halfway ozone water has a lower concentration of ozone than the finished ozone water. The ozone gas is dissolved into water through a membrane. The ozone concentrations of the halfway ozone water and the finished ozone water are measured respectively to give an alarm when the difference between them is found exceeding.
