<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device disusing a power source cable and also preventing a battery from being wasted. <P>SOLUTION: The cartridge which can be inserted in the printing device is equipped with consumables used for printing, a device for generating power, and a connector for outputting the generated power.
