PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system, an image processing method, and an image processing program with an inexpensive configuration capable of composing image data wherein original draft data and annotation data are cross-referenced. SOLUTION: When annotation data corresponding to the original draft data projected from a projector 20 onto a whiteboard 10 are written, the projection of the original draft data is once stopped and link information relating the original draft data to the annotation data is projected. While the link information is projected, a digital camera 40 captures link information attached image data including the link information and the annotation data and stores the captured data to an image storage device 50. An image processing apparatus 60 composes the original draft data stored in a repository 30 with the link information attached image data stored in the image storage device 50 to generate image data.
