PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base-plate system base member in place of an anchor bolt system, that is to say, an exposed type base member which enables preparation of a base plate, which is leveled off and made level on the top surface of base concrete, and can be built by placing the lower end of the steel-framed base directly on the base plate. SOLUTION: The exposed type base member provided within the base concrete comprises the base plate, on which the lower end of a steel framed pole is placed and fixed, and a leg part. The leg part is extended toward a lower place of the base plate, and is fixed within the base concrete.
