PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a quality without damaging a delivery function. SOLUTION: A rear inner cylinder 12 is housed in an outer cylinder 10 in a state where rotation is possible and moving in the axial direction is impossible. A front inner cylinder 13 is connected to the rear inner cylinder 12 in a state where moving in an axial direction is possible and rotation is impossible, and housed in the outer cylinder 10 energized to a rear side by an energizing means 16. A male thread 14f of a screw rod 14 supporting a stick-type cosmetic material M and provided with the male thread 14f on the outside is screw-fitted to a female thread 13x inside the inner cylinder 13. Thus, when a torque is applied to the rear inner cylinder 12 from its rear side, the inner and outer cylinders are rotated relatively and the screw rod 14 is moved forward and backward smoothly to make the cosmetic material M appear and disappear. When a shock is acted to stick-type cosmetic feed-out container 100 to which a cartridge 1 is mounted, a state where the torque is reliably applied to the rear inner cylinder 12 to its rear side without moving in an axial direction, and the front inner cylinder 13 moves forward against the biasing means 16 with the screw rod 14 leaving the rear inner cylinder 12.
