The mounting for attaching heating and air conditioning equipment to car bodywork (8) comprises a bolt (9) which fits through a bore in the bodywork. It then passes through a washer (7) and holder (5) into a threaded bush (3) which is closed at one end. An elastomeric coating (2) is injected over the bush to damp vibration. An independent claim is included for heating and air conditioning equipment mounted using the system.
