<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a frame-printing device which can perform frame printing in a printing system composed of a display device such as a digital TV receiver and a printer, and also obtain a frame-printing system thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The acquisition means 44 of the frame-printing device 2 acquires data on frame images used in frame printing, in which images and frame images are combined and printed, from a prescribed server 1 through a network communication means 42. A transmission means 45 transmits, to a display device 3, information on a frame-image selection screen for selecting the frame images used for the frame printing through the network communication means 42.
