<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the power fluctuation at the time of system interconnection of an induction generator, in simple constitution and by a simple control method. <P>SOLUTION: This generator is equipped with the above induction generator 2 and an interconnection device 4 for interconnecting the induction generator 2 with a distribution system 3 for supplying a load with power from a commercial power source. The interconnection device 4 is equipped with a contactor 6 which is interposed between the induction generator 2 and an output line 5 connecting the induction generator with the distribution system 3 so as to interconnect the induction generator 2 with the distribution system 3, and at least one phase-advanced capacitor 8 which is connected via a switching element 7 to the output line 5 between the contactor 6 and the distribution system 3.
