PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively fit a bearing onto a shaft even when there is a gap between the shaft and the bearing fit onto the shaft. SOLUTION: A suitable portion of an inner side portion abutting on the shaft is axially bent to form a pressing piece, and an inner face of an inner ring of the bearing is pressed radially outward by the pressing piece. To be specific, the snap ring 1 for the shaft is E-shaped and it is fit from a radial direction onto the hollow shaft S formed with four recessed grooves at equal intervals on an outer circumference in an axial direction, protruding parts 2 and 3 respectively engaging with the recessed grooves are formed on opposing portions of an inner side near both tips, and a protruding part protruding into the recessed groove is formed in an inner side of a center part. A tip of the center protruding part is extended and axially bent to form the pressing piece 6, and the inner face of the inner ring BI of the bearing B is pressed radially outward by the pressing piece 6.
