<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information providing system synchronous with a picture displaying which makes a deep impression on appreciator/audience along with the picture displaying such as movies and data broadcasting, and gives valuable information or privilege to users having portable information terminals, impressive scenes with the picture display, and deep impression and pleasure synergistic with giving the valuable information. <P>SOLUTION: In relation with the picture expression by a picture display disposed in a limited area, a radio transmitter sends value data, and a portable information terminal receives the value data and actuates its display to show pictures relating with the picture expression, based on the value data, thus giving privilege based on the value data.
