PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a hole corresponding to the size of a partition plate is needed for a top face, which lowers the shieldability. SOLUTION: The partition plate 36 comprises a first wall 37 which is formed by bending a top face 32b, a second wall 38 which faces the first wall 37 and is formed by bending a top face 32a, a connecting portion 39 for connecting the ends of the first wall 37 and the second wall 38, and an opening portion 35 formed above the connecting portion 39. The connecting portion 39 is formed in a bent form. Cutouts 43 are formed at such portions where the first wall 37, the top face 32b, and a side board portion 33 intersect with one another and the second wall 38, the top face 32a, and the side board portion 33 intersect with one another. From these cutouts 43 downward, a parting portion 44 for parting the side board portion 33 is formed. Due to this structure, a shield case having a good shieldability which can prevent the leakage of signals of a circuit formed on a circuit board, etc. to the outside can be provided.
