PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for infusing a liquefied resin, continuously through a valve into a tire tube, in a puncture-free solid tire. SOLUTION: The method for infusing a liquefied elastic resin composition through the valve into the tire tube by means of an infusion device is characterized in that: the elastic resin composition is a thermoplastic elastomer blended with 70 to 80 wt.% in proportion of a process oil so that to make a liquefied state having a viscosity of 10 cps to 300 ps at about 160°C and that: the elastic resin composition, being heated and liquefied, is infused and filled into the tire tube by the operation of a pump comprising the infusion device; thereafter the liquefied elastic resin composition, having been infused, is cooled to gelation.
