The outer layer of the coating is softened, converted into the liquid, and closed-porous fine-cell structure is continuously formed. The device for heat insulation coating of the outer surface of the article comprises electric harnesses and piping members provided with self-adhesive strip made of siloxane rubber and foaming system.
