<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking brake device capable of adding a brake caliper for parking while suitably keeping follow-up performance of a swing arm to fluctuation of a road surface. <P>SOLUTION: The brake caliper 33 for braking and the brake caliper 35 for parking are disposed respectively dividing into the upper part and the lower part of the swing arm 1, and disposed in front of an axle 21.
