PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency information collection system for quickly and automatically fetching only proper emergency information affecting the traveling of its own vehicle based on the fact that an emergency vehicle is traveling in the periphery. SOLUTION: When an alarm sound such as a siren of an emergency vehicle 31 is recognized by a voice analysis recognizing part 18, an inter-vehicle communication part 15 communicates with an emergency vehicle 31, and fetches emergency information to be outputted by the vehicle. Also, an road-vehicle communication part 14 communicates with an emergency response relevant organization, and fetches detail emergency information. An information discriminating part 17 determines whether or not the traveling path of its own vehicle is affected by an emergency disaster occurrence place based on the emergency information, and when it is decided that the traveling path of its own vehicle is affected by the emergency disaster occurrence place, the information is outptuted from a voice output part 26 or an image output part 27 to a user. When the information fetched from the emergency response relevant organization by the other vehicle through the inter-vehicle communication exists, a communication restricting part 16 restricts its own vehicle from fetching the information before the lapse of a predetermined time since the information is fetched from the emergency response relevant organization by the other vehicle.
