PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group movement support system capable of issuing a warning, at an earlier stage than hitherto, when a member proceeds along a route that is different from the leader's route. SOLUTION: This group movement support system 10 is equipped with a group movement support device 20 used by a group leader, and group movement support devices 30, 40, 50 used by group members other than the leader. The group movement support device 20 has a GPS-receiving device, and a radio communication device for transmitting the position measured by the GPS-receiving device of itself. Each group movement support device 30, 40, 50 has a GPS-receiving device, a CPU for determining whether the device itself is deviated from the locus of the group movement support device 20, based on the position transmitted by the radio communications device of the group movement support device 20 and the position measured by the GPS-receiving device of itself, and a loudspeaker for issuing a warning to the user, when it is determined by the CPU that the device itself has deviated from the locus of the group movement support device 20.
