PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic-made venting material capable of having a sufficient venting performance and an approach prevention performance such as rain and snow, etc. at the same time, possessing sufficient form maintaining force to have no fear of losing each function with time and being supplied comparatively at a low cost. SOLUTION: The plastic-made plate 2a such as a polypropylene or the like of this is venting material is processed to constitute the venting material by using a venting plate 1 formed by tightly erecting a large number of cones on the surface thereof. Alternatively, it is constituted by laminating a plurality of venting plates 1, and in that case, there is such a case that both sides of the venting plate 1 are turned in the same direction and that both sides thereof are stuck on each other in the reverse direction. In the venting material, a waterproof plate such as a plastic or the like is coated on the surface opposite to a conical body forming surface of the plastic-made plate 2a.
