FIELD: electric engineering, in particular, technology for manufacturing tubular electric heaters, meant for heating different substances. ^ SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention during manufacture of tubular electric heater, at which cylinder-shaped cover with resistive element mounted therein is filled with electric-insulating filler, inside cover prior to filling by electric-insulating filler elastic chamber is positioned, containing substance, sublimating when heated, and after assembly electric heater is heated up to temperature above sublimation temperature of aforementioned substance, heating is performed by letting electric current through resistive element. ^ EFFECT: improved reliability of heater due to constant compression force on filler during operation. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
