<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing plate having a hydrophilic layer mainly made of a resin, in which the tinting by an ink is quickly settled even when the ink adheres to a non-printing area part at printing, and a photosensitive resin composition employed as the printing plate. <P>SOLUTION: In this lithographic printing original plate, an organic compound hydrophilic layer, which is formed directly or through another layer on a board and is made of an organic compound under the condition that the surface of the hydrophilic layer has a fine and continuous tongued and grooved structure made of the organic compound and the effective tongued part, which is counted one having the difference of height of 50-1,000 nm as an effective tongued part by scanning the arbitrarily chosen surface of the hydrophilic layer in a straight line, exists in a period of 0.4-4 μm, functions as the non-printing area part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
