POLYIMIDE-METAL LAMINATED PLATE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide-metal laminated plate for a hard disc suspension capable of performing microfabrication of a wiring pitch of≤50μm. SOLUTION: The polyimide-metal laminated plate consists of a stainless steel layer/a resin layer/a thermoplastic polyimide layer/a thin film layer of a metal which keeps the thickness of the metal layer in a range of 0.001-1.0μm, its manufacturing method and the hard disc suspension made of the polyimide-metal laminated plate are presented.
