PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution of a display device, and to reduce the cost of the display device, using a flat display panel. SOLUTION: A display part, having a flat surface display panel, is equipped with constitution in which a frame-shaped 1st part which surrounds the outer circumference of the display panel and a 2nd part which is located at the inner side from the 1st part, and which supports the display panel at the back side of the display panel are formed into a single member as frame members.
