DATA COMMUNICATION APPARATUS AND DATA COMMUNICATION SYSTEM USING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a communication band of sound or the like with a simple configuration and to suppress delay of video image data in a data communication apparatus for transmitting/receiving packetized video data to/from an opposite party apparatus via a communication line.

SOLUTION: The apparatus has a configuration provided with a packet transmitting unit for sequentially transmitting the video data to the opposite party apparatus as a plurality of video packets; a frame receiving interval acquiring means for acquiring information about receiving interval per one frame of the video data from the opposite party apparatus receiving the video data to be outputted from the packet transmitting unit; and a control unit for controlling data amount of the video data to be transmitted to the opposite party apparatus, on the basis of the information about receiving interval per one frame of the video data acquired by the frame receiving interval acquiring unit and information about a frame rate of the video data transmitted to the opposite party apparatus.
