PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily preserve and manage remaining dried noodles, by efficiently measuring quantity of the dried noodles without requiring skill. SOLUTION: This instrument has a box body 10 having an inner size of one opposed side 12 longer than the length of the dried noodles 24 and having an opening upper part; a plurality of cross-sectional substantially U-shaped weighing grooves 14 juxtaposed in the other opposed side 16 direction inside the box body 10 in parallel to one opposed side 12 and having the cross-sectional area substantially equal to the cross-sectional area of bundling a predetermined quantity of dried noodles; a bottom plate part 18 positioned under the bottom of the weighing grooves 14 by crossing a part in the longitudinal direction of the plurality of these weighing grooves 14; and a substantially U-shaped cutout part 20 arranged in at least one of the other opposed side 16 of the box body 10 and facing a bottom plate part 18.
