PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer containing less particles or fish eyes and excellent in surface appearance. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition containing the following (A) to (C) and having 5-50 pts.wt. content of the (A), 50-95 pts.wt. content of the (B) (provided that the total amount of the (A) and (B) is 100 pts.wt.) and 1-20 pts.wt. (C) based on 100 pts.wt. total amount of the (A) and (B) is obtained by dynamic cross-linking. (A) An olefin-based resin, (B) An ethylene-α-olefin-based copolymer rubber, (C) A terpene-based resin having 50-150°C softening point measured in accordance with JIS K-2207 (1990). As the (A) olefin-based resin, a homopolymer or copolymer of ethylene, propylene, 1-butene, 1-pentene, 1-hexene, 4-methyl-1-pentene, 1-octene, 1-decene, etc., are cited, and among them, the polypropylene is preferable.
