PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire carrying roller conveyor capable of being securely driven without allowing rollers to slip between belts and capable of being relatively abruptly accelerated and decelerated. SOLUTION: This tire carrying roller conveyor comprises conveyor frames 8 and 9 installed on a supporting frame 2, drive conveyor rollers 6 and 7 installed between the conveyor frames, a pulley 10 for toothed belt fixed to the end parts of the drive conveyor rollers 6 and 7, a pulley 17 for toothed belt mounted on a drive motor 4 mounted on the supporting frame 2, and a toothed belt 19 stretched across the pulley 10 for toothed belt on the drive conveyor rollers 6 and 7 and the pulley 17 for the toothed belt on the drive motor 4. When the toothed belt 19 is wrapped around the pulley 10 for the toothed belt on the drive conveyor rollers 6 and 7, the diameter thereof is formed in such a diameter with a reference pitch circle that a wrapping radius of the toothed belt 19 formed on the anti-tooth side outer peripheral surface thereof is approximately equal to the radius of the drive conveyor rollers 6 and 7.
