PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure with a low height over the ground applicable to any type of vehicle and allowing each body to be embodied in a body loading/unloading vehicle. SOLUTION: A tilting cylinder 4 to tilt a tilting frame 2 is installed in a space under the tilting frame 2 ranging out to the back of a vehicle body frame 1f. The space has existed in a conventional body loading/unloading vehicle irrespective of the vehicle model, that is, has been a dead space. Because the tilting frame 2 does not lie between the vehicle body frame 1f and the tilting frame 2 in the vertical direction owing to installation of the tilting cylinder 4 through utilization of such a dead space, the vehicle body frame 1f and the tilting frame 2 can be installed closely to each other as much as possible, and it is possible to suppress the height over the ground of a body 3 to be placed on the tilting cylinder 4.
