The unit is assembled of the combustion engine (1) with a crankshaft (3) and a torque converter (2) with a housing (4). Housing (4) and crankshaft (3) rotate around a common axle and are joined with flanges (5) and a central bolt (7). A permanently elastic metal element (8) is inserted between the components. The element (8) comprises a central opening to be joined to the bolt (7) and three spokes attached to the housing (4).
