<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase user operability relating to display range specification in an information processor using an absolute coordinate type input device such as a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: In the information processor 1, a plurality of input operation modes relating to the absolute coordinate type input device 2 are changeable, and an operation mode for moving to a desired display range in the state that the maximum resolution of a display device 4 integrated in the absolute coordinate type input device 2 is lower than the resolution of the entire screen is included in the modes.
