A film for pressure roller not requiring any adhesive layer that with respect to not only tensile strength, tear strength, etc. but also excellent parting property from recording medium, etc., retains or enhances conventionally attained properties. There is provided a film for pressure roller characterized by having a polyimide layer wherein fluororesin powder is dispersed. In particular, the film for pressure roller is one characterized in that 10 to 20 vol% of fluororesin powder is dispersed in the polyimide layer, the fluororesin powder having an average particle diameter of 1 to 20 µm.
