Concrete post enhancer and base panel

The cover is for use in improving the appearance of or repairing concrete posts or base panels and is supplemented by decorative caps. The appearance of the post and base panel can be enhanced by colour, shape and surface texture. The cover may be clipped into position and act as a mould for the repair of any damaged posts or base panels.
