When conveyed by a transporter, the flower blooms are not supported where cut flowers are involved. For this purpose, the transporter device has a movable part, which preferably can move backwards and forwards. The device comprises a first transporter (1) with a transport direction (2) and a connected second transporter (3) with the same transport direction. Above the second transporter are impelling components (4) which are displaceable along curved paths (5) in order to move cut flowers (6) gathered in a bundle or bouquet to a third transporter (7) with a transport direction (8). The third transporter moves the cut flowers along processing components, such as a snipping unit (9), a leaf remover (10) and a bundling or packing unit (11). The complete bouquets are then fed away by a discharge conveyor (12). |
