The method of pumping the tubeless tires of wheel vehicles consists in that preliminarily the residual pressure of air-gas mixture in the internal cavity of tubeless tire is checked by the manometer, then the container for air- gas mixture and equipment for connecting the internal cavity of tubeless tire with said container for air-gas mixture are prepared, the container is filled under pressure with air-gas mixture, the container is connected with the tubeless tire, the air-gas mixture is pumped under pressure from the container into the internal cavity of tubeless tire, the pressure of air-gas mixture in the internal cavity of tubeless tire is increased to the operational pressure. Operational pressure in the internal cavity of tubeless tire and integrity of its housing are checked at final stage of pumping. After filling under pressure of the cavity by air-gas mixture colored substance or mixtures of colored substances are selected, the subsequent coloration of air-gas mixture is performed, which is located in the container. At the stage of check the integrity of the housing of tubeless tire is determined visually after the appearance in the place of damage of the outflow of the gas mixture colored in specific color.
