The method for intraocular correction in the children with monocular traumatic cataract comprises the resection of cataract and the implantation of intraocular lens with its focal power provides for the generation of isofraction. In the children with refraction of the healthy eye corresponding to emmetropia or physiologic ametropia, the lens implanted provides for myopia up to 2.5D.
