METHOD FOR ASSESSING ACCELERATED AGEING OF BODY IN PATIENTS WITH PRIMARY OPEN ANGLE GLAUCOMA

The method for assessing the accelerated ageing of the body in the patients with the primary open angle glaucoma comprises the calculation of the ratio between the blood serum content of the peripheral hormones (thyroid hormone, in particular) and the central pituitary hormones (thyrothropic hormone, in particular). The ratio exceeding 25-30 units suggests the accelerated ageing of the body.
