PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone treated carbon black which is used for producing a flame-retarded conductive resin composition having an excellent flame retardance and to provide a flame-retarded conductive resin composition which has excellent flame retardance using the same. SOLUTION: Carbon black having a DBP absorption of≥100ml/100g is treated with a treating agent containing at least hydrogenpolysiloxane to obtain the silicone-treated carbon black, and the conductive resin composition having excellent flame retardance can be obtained by using the same.
