PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a color concrete panel forming no color irregularity. SOLUTION: The color concrete panel is manufactured by a first process for adding 80-120 pts.wt. of aggregate and 5.6-8.4 pts.wt. of a pigment to 100 pts.wt. of cement to mix them with cement, a second process for adding 280-420 pts.wt. of water to a semimanufactured product obtained in the first process to mix the same with the semimanufactured product, a third process for adding 1.6-2.4 pts.wt. of a shrink reducing agent and 1.6-2.4 pts.wt. of a mortar adhesion enhancing agent to the semimanufactured product obtained in the second process to mix them with the semimanufactured product, a fourth process for adding 1.2-1.8 pts.wt. of a mixing agent to the semimanufactured product obtained in the third process to mix the same with the semimanufactured product, a fifth process for adding 0.32-0.48 pts.wt. of a defoaming agent to the semimanufactured product obtained in obtained in the fourth process to mix the same with the semimanufactured product, a sixth process for adding 5.7-8.7 pts.wt. of glass fibers with a water content of 2.0-4.0 wt.% to the semimanufactured product obtained in the fifth process to mix the same with the semimanufactured product and a seventh process for molding the semimanufactured product obtained in the sixth process into a desired shape to age the same at the normal temperature.
