<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airbag device allowing improvement of connecting strength, even if the device is made to have a structure for connecting a connecting port part of an airbag and an inflator by utilizing a clamp. <P>SOLUTION: In this airbag device, the inflator 10 inserted into the connecting port part 26 of the airbag 20 is connected to the connecting port part 26 by utilizing the clamp 16. The airbag 20 is provided with an airbag main body 21 and reinforcing cloth 36. The reinforcing cloth 36 is provided with both end parts 36a and 36g arranged at facing positions along an extracting direction from the inflator 10 at the connecting port part 26 externally fitted in the inflator 10. In the reinforcing cloth 36, the one end part 36a side and the other end part 36g side are disposed as a connecting mounting part 37 connected to a non-flow part 28 at a peripheral edge of the connecting port part 26 of the airbag main body 21 and an assembling mounting part 38 assembled and fixed to the inflator 10, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
