PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved grab rail and muffler supporting structure capable of reducing the cost by decreasing the number of component parts and simplifying the construction. SOLUTION: The grab rail 72 to be installed in the rear of a seat rail 33 to support a seat is equipped with a left 121 and a right mounting hole 122 to serve for mounting to the seat rail 33 and a muffler supporting part 102 to support a muffler of an exhaust system, wherein the grab rail 72 works also as the muffler supporting part 102.
