PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the addition of an electronic signature to unsuitable data in an information processor for adding an electronic signature after applying prescribed processing to data. SOLUTION: An electronic signature adding method to be adopted to a Web server (410) and a monitoring client (430) to process input data (D412) received from a network, generate a PDF file (D415), add an electronic signature to the PDF file (D415), and transmit the PDF file with the electronic signature to the network is provided with a step (step S432) for displaying the input data (D412) and the PDF file (D415), a step (step S433) for inputting an instruction for permitting/rejecting an electronic signature to the PDF file (D415), a step (step S419) for adding the electronic signature to the PDF file (D415) when an instruction for permitting the electronic signature to the PDF file (D415) is inputted.
