PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer analysis element capable of maintaining a characteristic of a film single body, even in the case where a porous film is laminated, and having no liquid quantity dependency. SOLUTION: Concerning a multilayer analysis element for liquid sample analysis wherein at least one non-fibrous/non-porous polymer layer and a porous liquid sample developing layer comprising at least one non-fibrous porous film are laminated integrally in this order on one surface of a water-impermeable optically-transmissible flat support, in this multilayer analysis element for the liquid sample analysis, the non-fibrous/non-porous polymer layer and the porous liquid sample developing layer comprising the non-fibrous porous film adhere to each other by a water-insoluble polymer.
